The Wessex Lodge is a lovely example of a pre-owned holiday home, located on a prime elevated spot which makes the most of the surrounding views of the gorgeous countryside, and the sunshine throughout the day.
Going into the open plan living area, the lounge area has free standing seating and furniture, feature fireplace and ample space to add your own personal touch, there is two sets of patio doors leading to the front of the large decking area, taking in the lovely views and they also make the area feel light and airy.
Moving to the kitchen area, there is a large kitchen island in the centre, with fitted fridge and freezer underneath, it is also a useful space when you are watching the TV while preparing the meal, the kitchen has ample storage a workspace, gas hob and extractor fan, built in oven and microwave and dishwasher, the kitchen cupboards are a mixture of wood and glass doors with complimentary lighting, this area is spacious, light and airy.
There is a useful cupboard space just as you come into the lodge for all your coats and boots, so not to make a mess in your lovely holiday home.
Moving though the hallway there is a spacious family bathroom with bath and overhead shower and large wall towel radiator, The Master bedroom has plenty of built in wardrobe and cupboard space which has the benefit of heating so all your clothes will never go damp, a TV and a king size bed it also has the benefit of a large en-suite bathroom with a very spacious shower cubicle and again with a large towel radiator. At the end of the hallway there is a large twin bedded guest room which also has built in wardrobes again with heating inside.
Outside the lodge has a large wrap around decking, with lots of space on the front for table and chairs, there is a car parking area just to the side of the lodge.
