We love Pale wood, the grounds are always so well kept, the peace and quiet and friendly atmosphere and the wonderful staff, it feels a safe place to be. It is so dog friendly, and Michelle the manager is great with the dogs and always willing to help where she can. We love the feeling when you arrive and all the hustle and bustle of everyday life just melts away; it is our happy place. We would highly recommend anyone to come along and have a look.

Been looking for a new holiday home for over 2 years after selling my last one in mid Wales. I’ve driven all over the country trying to find the right location with the right holiday home Came across Palé Wood few weeks ago. Made online enquiry. Had call with Michelle. Arranged to come over & view several holiday homes & a lodge. Viewed the park with Michelle. Ended up buying a brand new one in a perfect location for me & my family. Michelle has been fabulous through this whole process. Paid deposit on the Sunday. Moved in the following Saturday! Few teething problems with my holiday home which Michelle is resolving with the manufacturer. Look forward to making many memories at this fabulous 5⭐️ park & getting to know the other owners in a fabulous location.

We just loved the pictures on the website of the woodlands and all the greenery, and having a David Bellamy Award was that it for us! The peace and quiet, lovely views and of course all the wildlife. It is a very friendly community on Palewood. We love all the social gatherings when everyone gets together! The management are lovely and friendly and will always help you out where they can. Also the peace and quiet is always lovely.

We have recently decided to purchase our own Caravan on the stunning PaléWood Holiday Park. We visited PaléWood and met with Michelle. Michelle was so helpful, welcoming and genuinely wanted us to make the right decision for ourselves. She encouraged us to look around before we dived into buying the first caravan we viewed. There was No pushy sales agenda which is something we were met with on other holiday pros we visited. We took Michelle’s advice and after viewing numerous other holiday parks and some deliberation later we came back to PaléWood for the first caravan we viewed and fell in love with. The site itself is so beautiful, peaceful and tranquil and sells itself. As soon as we drove into Pale Wood for the first time we were in love and knew it was meant to be. Michelle is an absolute credit to PaléWood and myself and James would like to thank you for all of your help and we look forward to seeing you more ❤️

We’ve had our new caravan at Pale Wood just four weeks and have enjoyed every minute so far! Sam and Michelle were extremely helpful and patient, sorting everything out for us concerning the purchase / resiting etc.

In that short time we have also got to know the rest of the team; Dean, Brian, Roy and Joe (not forgetting Nexus of course!!), who have been so welcoming and friendly, as we get ourselves settled into this new way of life!

This is a very well cared for and beautiful, peaceful park, full of lovely, friendly neighbours.

We feel very lucky to have found it and that this has been the right decision for us.

We just bought and moved into our Holiday home on Pale Wood Park. From the moment I drove in last week I could feel that it was a lovely relaxed, friendly and special place. Sam, Michelle, Brian and the entire team couldn’t be more friendly, more helpful and more accommodating.

The Park is so pretty, peaceful and perfect for a bolt-hole to relax and unwind. The location is ideal to visit lots of places, as well as having walks from your doorstep in the Park’s own wood which we will explore a little this weekend.

If you don’t want shops, clubs, noise, then this is the place for you. A special place run by special people, and we are looking forward to lots of wonderful breaks here in our Holiday Home.

We bought our first caravan on this site six weeks ago. So glad we did.

Just bought our beautiful holiday home at Pale Wood, we are over the moon and can’t get over the location and standard of the Park. Looking forward to making many happy family memories in Pale Wood.

We have been at Palewood Holiday Park for eight years, and it’s the most wonderful relaxing peaceful place, the grounds are beautifully maintained and caravans are all well-kept a beautiful park, managers on site which is reassuring, so much to do and see around and about, we love the park.

Bought our first van in 2015 the site is everything we hoped, so relaxing and close to Bala, Llangollen and Corwen.
Lovely woodland and a special small wood for dog walking, my dogs love it here as much as we do in fact it’s been so enjoyable that we have upgraded to a 3 bedroom as my children and grandsons also enjoy coming to stay.Big thank you to Karen and Sam for making the move easy.Looking forward to many more years on this lovely site.

This is our seventh year at Pale Wood and we enjoy every moment of our time here. The park is beautifully maintained and the surrounding countryside is stunning.  Dean, Sam, Karen and Tony are a great team, nothing is too much trouble for them. We can recommend the park to anyone wanting relaxation and peace in a beautiful setting.

New owners,  bought the caravan a couple of months ago, straight forward sale. The caravan was ready for us within a week. The park is beautifully kept and Karen, Tony and Sam are helpful, friendly and welcoming.  Looking forward to many more years on this park.

Been here 11 years and it’s still as beautiful today as it was then. Gorgeous site, really lovely new owners Dean & Sam & family and Karen & Tony are brilliant managers, if you haven’t visited this site then it should be on your bucket list.

Pale Wood caravan site is a tranquil family oriented well-run holiday park. Karen and Tony who have taken over the site are two very helpful friendly and are hard-working managers who in the time they have been here have attained a 5 star rating. The site is surrounded by woodland set back from the river Dee. A great place to fish as well as the lake on the site. The park is perfect for bird watching, walking or just chilling out and is central to all of North Wales. It’s our little bit of heaven.

We feel so lucky to be on this amazing park after buying a lodge 3 months ago. We have found the owners, Sam and Dean, and the managers Karen and Tony , friendly, helpful and to us seem to work extremely hard to maintain very high standards. We love the peace and relaxation that Pale Wood provides along with exceptional views and it’s own well stocked fishing pools . Finding this park was one of the best things that we have done since we retired. We love it here.

Been on the Park 9 years, it’s a hidden gem not far from Bala. Offers fabulous views across the Welsh hills and a good base to explore North Wales. It’s good to see Karen & Tony back and the owners Dean & Sam Welcome. Would highly recommend the park to anyone.
