Fishing Contest
Why not pop over to our annual fishing contest which takes place on Saturday 22nd June 2019.
Over on our expansive fishing pool, carrying varying fish such as Roach, Rudd, Bream, Tench, Mirror and Crution Carp as well as Common Carp, we are holding a fishing contest. This completely private woodland attracts many great species of wildlife and insects, some more tricky to spot than others, but all have a home here at Palé Wood Holiday Park.
If you love fishing or simply want to try your luck at something different, the contest starts at 10am and finishes at 2pm. Make sure you have your tackle at the ready as the race is on to see who gets the biggest catch!
To take part we ask for only £7 per fisherman. All proceeds of this event will go to this year’s chosen charity.
Please book early to avoid disappointment as there are only a limited number of pegs available.

Award Ceremony
Between 6.30pm and 10pm the award ceremony will take place, to crown this year’s fisherman of the year.
Delicious hot food will be provided with burgers and hot dogs on the menu with a choice of side salad and coleslaw all for only £5.00.
If you would like food at this year ceremony please book ahead so we have an idea of numbers. If you don’t book, no food will be provided.
